 Khaled ZOURRAY - Managing Director |
Khaled ZOURRAY is the Managing Director. He was a co-founder of the company in 1999 and prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, Research Manager in the Marketing and Strategy Department of IDATE (Institut de l'Audiovisuel et des Télécommunications en Europe [Consulting and Research]). Before joining IDATE, he worked as a senior telecom consultant for over ten years in several companies namely WR Grace, CTI and CXP. He is 45 and graduated from ENST (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications [Higher National Telecommunications School]) in 1987. |

Pascale GREPPO is Financial Director and co-founder of BUDGET TELECOM. She spent over ten years as a business and cashflow controller for Alstom, EDF and Grace Packaging. She is 44 and graduated from EDHEC Business School. |

Luc TERRAL started his career as Regional Manager of Global One US then France Telecom North America. In 1997, he became General Manager of First Telecom France, an alternative telecom service provider. He then moved on to Netinary, a publisher of software solutions for implementing high-speed wireless networks, as Sales and Marketing Manager. Two years later, he created Territoires Sans Fil, delegated service provider providing high-speed access for local authorities, be fore joining Budget Telecom in January 2006 to take up the position of Deputy Managing Director. He is 43 and graduated from ENST (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications [Higher National Telecommunications School]) and also studied at Stanford Alumni Association. |
